We are a Leading EPC Tankage and Piping contractor based on India presently we are executing at prestigious project at kuwait for construction of storage tanks at Equate Petrochemical we are planning to use your E-7018 Electrode for our tank construction work. We are going to follow the following welding process please let us have your detailed product catalogue and price for the same, if you are interested we can take the deleaship at INDIA for your electrode.

1. SMAW by E 7018 - full penetration welding
2.MIG/MAG with FCAW (Flux cored filler wire) - fillet weldings
3.SAW welding with external flux for buttwelding with backing strip

We are looking for the quantity of around 50000kgs of electrode in all sizes starting from 2.5mm , 3.2mm & 5.0mm.

TECHNICAL QUERY:

We are a Contractor for HEISCO (KSRC) leading major EPC contractor in Kuwait, their quality peoples are having bad experience with your brand electrode the flux of the stick electrodes will get remove automatically after backing, and their is a lot of repairs in welding joint radiography requirement.

Please provide enough supporting documents for your product ensuring the requirement of quality and production, since your brand given lot of radiography repairs welders are hesitating to work with your electrode that was my understanding from our client.
